In honor of Valentine’s Day, we’ll learn the component parts of classic desserts, such as tarts, napoleons, and cream puffs, so you can improvise and invent your own! We’ll include different tart shells with a variety of fillings, puff pastry, pâte à choux, and sauces: crème anglaise, ganache, caramel and fruit.
