Wine 102: Putting Wine Flavors into Words

We’ll taste eight different wines, grouped in contrasting pairs, to get a handle on what the words “dry," “crisp,” “oaky" and “tannic" mean in wines.  These are descriptors that are used regardless of the grape or the region, so it’s good to know what we’re talking about.
